Not everyone has the same skills. The best mathematician often can't spell, the best salesman sometimes can't organise his budget, and often no matter how strong your product is, or how staunch an advocate of it you are, you can't see it as a first-timer would see it or explain it objectively.

Maybe we can. Sometimes it takes a fresh pair of eyes and ears. We're not trying to patronise you, but we do have a great deal of experience in writing.

The words you use should reflect your brand values, and be succinct, accurate, striking, evocative, unambiguous, distinctive, simple perhaps, but above all appropriate to your product and your audience.
