Please note that the the password change process will begin at 2PM for Advanced mailboxes and at 4PM for Standard Mailboxes.
If you have not already changed your password using the tools provided then after this time you may find when you try to retrieve your email that you are prompted to enter your password. If this happens it means your password on our servers has changed and you need to update your client software with the new password sent to you on 7th December.
