Consultancy
What you end up with is most often defined by the amount of thinking you put into it at the start.

I go to too many initial meetings where it is immediately apparent that the client is not entirely clear who their target audience is or what they want to say to them, they just know they should be doing ... more.

If you don't know the who and the what then you cannot determine the how. How do you know the best channel to use to communicate with them? Or the best way to get your message across? Or how to let them know that you even have a message they should be paying attention to?

Now I know that some of you are thinking "why spend
money on a document telling me how I should spend
my money - isn't that a waste of money?" but the fact is
that money spent judiciously beforehand will almost
certainly save you a lot more money in the long run.

If you choose to use us to deliver your
communications then a period of
consultancy and definition beforehand
will help you to make the most effective
use of our resources when it comes to actually
developing your website or literature etc.

Besides, while you may choose to use us to do the consultancy part of you project you are not obliged to use us to deliver the end result. We can even project manage your chosen service provider to achieve the best end result based on the findings of your initial consultancy.
